Relocation of Their Headquarters to Austin, TX and Appointment of New COO

After spending 8-months in Austin, Texas refining their market focus, developing partnerships and expanding both their scope of projects and their product tool chest, MCE has moved their headquarters to Austin, China Exhibition Dinosaurs manufacturers and will be systematically closing their office in California while continuing to maintain a presence there through a small group of remaining auxiliary personnel. The company has retained new local accountants and legal counsel in Austin to update and post the required corporate financial and legal documents.

After joining the MCE team in May, Joshua Graham has been named COO and appointed to the MCE Board. Josh has spent the past couple months learning the basics of the MC Endeavors core operations and has accompanied CEO Tim Algier to Las Vegas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He will head up and coordinate operations between the various departments, projects and crews.China Entertainment Dinosaur models, Mr. Graham expects to be very hands on and will be spending a good amount of time in the field.

Consolidating their team and headquarters in Austin, Texas puts MCE in an optimal position and location to move forward with a list of projects and new products, some under negotiation and others in stages of modification, from a physical location that puts them at a better logistical vantage point to address their diverse and growing market locations and demands.
